Jason H. Alperstein practices civil litigation in state and federal court with a focus on commercial litigation and labor and employment law.
Mr. Alperstein earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology, with Honors, from Brown University in 2004. In 2008, Mr. Alperstein received a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business, where he was a Graduate Assistant Scholar. While attending law school, Mr. Alperstein was a member of the Business Law Review, a student advocate on the Honor Council and earned a place on the Dean’s List.
Mr. Alperstein is a member of the Administrative Law, Business Law and Tax Law Sections of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all county and circuit courts in the State of Florida, in addition to the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Broward and Dade County Bar Associations.
Mr. Alperstein is a native of South Florida and is the past Miami-Dade Area Chair of the Brown Alumni Schools Committees. Mr. Alperstein has also served as a legislative intern in the United States Senate. |
