Ronnie Bronstein oversees the firm’s corporate transactional department. He previously worked at Greenberg Traurig, one of the largest law firms in the country. He has extensive experience representing all types of business entities in the negotiation of complex transactions and agreements. Additionally, he has represented buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate in New York and Florida as well as the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with the financing of businesses and real estate.
Mr. Bronstein has represented corporations during their negotiations with industry leaders, such as Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-Mart and Target and has assisted them in the negotiation and closing of major international trade agreements with China and Israel. In addition, he has represented corporations in the drafting of employment agreements, non-competition agreements, non-disclosure agreements, licensing and trademark agreements and other corporation documents. He has advised CEOs on corporate governance matters and areas of corporate law. He has represented major developers in the acquisition, sale, and financing of over $1,000,000,000 of real estate in both New York and Florida. Significant transactions include the negotiation and closing of a $100,000,000 joint venture agreement for the development of a 36 acre waterfront property in Miami and the representation of a developer in the development and sale of over $750,000,000 of residential condominiums. In addition, Mr. Bronstein has represented owners of real estate in the negotiation of distressed debt relief.
Mr. Bronstein received his BA from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts in 1996 and his JD from St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York in 2000, where he was an editor of the St. John's Law Review. He is currently admitted to the Bar of the State of New York. |
