Seth Haimovitch

Seth Haimovitch works in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office where he practices in the areas of civil and constitutional rights, family law, and employment litigation. He is licensed to practice in Florida.

Mr. Haimovitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, with Honors, from University of Florida in 2004. In 2005, Mr. Haimovitch earned a Master of Science degree in Sport Management, with Honors, from the University of Florida. In 2010, Mr. Haimovitch received a Juris Doctor degree, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

While attending law school, Mr. Haimovitch was a member of the Dean’s List, a member of the Florida Journal of International Law Journal, a member of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, executive editor of the Entertainment Law Review, and a Guardian for the Guardian Ad Litem Program. While in law school, Mr. Haimovitch co-authored a book titled, The Art of the Law School Transfer: A Guidebook to Transferring Law School. Also, he is published in the University of Florida Journal of Technology Law & Policy regarding the topic of Cyberbullying.

Mr. Haimovitch is a native to the South Florida area. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Haimovitch played basketball at the University of Florida and played professionally in Israel. Currently, Mr. Haimovitch is a Coach for the Boys’ Basketball team at Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Mr. Haimovitch proudly serves as a board member for the Jorge Nation Foundation, a charitable organization that partners with the Joe Dimaggio Children’s Hospital to send children diagnosed with cancer and their families on all-inclusive Dream Trips to destinations of their choice.
