Benjamin Muschel works in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and practices in the firm’s Commercial & General Civil Litigation & Appeals Practice Group. Mr. Muschel’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and he has represented a variety of business entities and individuals in a broad spectrum of business litigation, including construction and real estate litigation, employment litigation, commercial contract litigation, fraud claims, tort claims, and various other commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Mr. Muschel worked at several international firms representing insurance carriers as coverage counsel. Mr. Muschel graduated law school from the University of Miami, where he was part of the University of Miami Law Review, the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and the Honor Council, and worked as a Dean’s Fellow and Research Assistant.
