Joshua D. Krut is a seasoned attorney whose practice focuses on the representation of condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, and country clubs across South Florida. As Chair of the firm’s Community Association, Club & Resort Practice, he serves as outside general counsel to some of the region’s most sophisticated residential communities, advising on governance, operations, and complex transactional matters.
Mr. Krut provides clear, strategic guidance to association boards and professional managers navigating Florida’s evolving legal landscape, including statutory compliance under Chapters 718 and 720, covenant enforcement, document amendments, collections, and reserve planning.
He is widely recognized for his work on high-value condominium terminations and real estate transactions. He was named Dealmaker of the Year by the Daily Business Review for leading a $75 million condominium termination in Sunny Isles Beach and also concluded a $55 million termination in Surfside.
In addition to his work with associations, Mr. Krut represents developers in the creation, operation, and restructuring of condominiums, including hotel-condominium and mixed-use projects.
