Michele J. Ostrow is Of Counsel to the firm and a member of the Real Estate Department of Kopelowitz Ostrow P.A.. She established her own law practice upon graduation from law school in 1993. She joined Kopelowitz Ostrow in 2013 and has chosen to concentrate her practice in the areas of Real Property, Wills, Trusts and Estates and Business Law. Ms. Ostrow also serves as general counsel to few local companies advising them of their legal and regulatory needs.
Ms. Ostrow’s career has focused on commercial and residential transactions, writing title insurance, in-house counsel for residential developments, sales of single family home developments, shopping centers and office buildings. In addition, Ms. Ostrow currently represents local and national real estate investors and lenders specializing in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, refinance transactions. Ms. Ostrow has handled the preparation and negotiation of private and commercial loan documents and related closing issues such as title, survey review, environmental issues and due diligence matters.
Ms. Ostrow attended Boston University, Magna cum laude and Touro Law School. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1993.
