Seth Haimovitch is an attorney in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, focusing on civil and constitutional rights, family law, business disputes, and employment litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Florida.

Seth earned three degrees from the University of Florida: a B.S. in Sport Management (with Honors), an M.S. in Sport Management (with Honors), and a J.D. from the Levin College of Law. During law school, he was on the Dean’s List, served on multiple law journals, and was Executive Editor of the Entertainment Law Review. He also co-authored The Art of the Law School Transfer: A Guidebook to Transferring Law School and published scholarly work on cyberbullying.

A native of South Florida, Seth previously played basketball at the University of Florida and professionally in Israel. Beyond his practice, he coaches boys’ basketball at Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale and serves as a board member of the Jorge Nation Foundation, which provides dream trips for children with cancer and their families through a partnership with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
