Yanina Zilberman joined the firm as Partner in February 2026. Ms. Zilberman practices in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation. Her practice encompasses all stages of dispute resolution, from pre-litigation counseling and strategy through trial and appeals.
Appellate advocacy is a significant component of Ms. Zilberman’s practice. She has extensive experience analyzing complex legal issues, developing appellate strategies, and drafting persuasive briefs. Her appellate work enables her to identify critical legal issues early in a case and develop thoughtful, effective litigation strategies at various stages of a dispute.
Ms. Zilberman approaches each matter with a practical, pragmatic, and straightforward mindset. She believes in providing candid advice and setting realistic expectations and collaborating with her colleagues at the firm to achieve the best results for each client.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Zilberman enjoys spending time with her family and her two orange tabby cats. She is passionate about yoga and dance and the balance they bring to both her professional and personal life.
Ms. Zilberman earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from New York University College of Arts and Science and her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami. She is fluent in Russian.
